Business & process consulting
We look at how work moves through the company: where it waits, where it is done twice, where a decision needs three people who are never free at the same time. Then we change the process, not the org chart on the wall.
Consulting & Execution · Larnaca, Cyprus
IMPERION CONSULTING LTD works on how a company sells and operates — processes, sales, organisation — and then builds and runs the digital execution that carries it: websites, campaigns, social media, design. One firm for the decision and for the delivery.

Why we are built this way
A strategy nobody executes is an expensive opinion.
Consulting usually ends where the work begins. The deck is delivered, the workshop closes, and the company is left to carry the plan with the same people and the same week it had before.
We kept the advisory work and added the hands. The same team that finds the bottleneck in your sales process rebuilds the page the enquiries land on, writes the campaigns that fill it, and reports what it returned.
That is also what we are judged on. A plan can be defended in a meeting; a campaign that does not convert cannot. Carrying the execution puts the result on our side of the table as well.
01 — Services
Four areas, one team. Most engagements use two or three of them at once — that is the point of keeping them under one roof.
We look at how work moves through the company: where it waits, where it is done twice, where a decision needs three people who are never free at the same time. Then we change the process, not the org chart on the wall.
Sales strategy that survives contact with a normal week: a defined pipeline, a repeatable first conversation, follow-up that happens without heroics, and a clear view of where deals actually stall.
The part most consultancies hand to someone else. We build the website and the interfaces behind it, run the advertising on Google, Meta and the other digital platforms, and manage the social channels as a channel — not as a hobby.
Corporate design, brand positioning and the creative work that carries them — built so that a campaign, a deck and a landing page still look like the same company.
02 — Approach
We do not start with a campaign. We start with the numbers, because a campaign on top of a broken process only makes the problem arrive faster.
Two to three weeks inside the numbers and the process: where revenue comes from, what it costs to win, where enquiries are lost, and what the team actually spends its week on.
DeliverableA written findings document, with the three constraints that matter, ranked.
We agree what changes, in what order, and what it costs. Sequence matters more than ambition: the fixes that unblock other fixes go first.
DeliverableA plan with phases, owners, budget and a stop-point for each.
Execution: the process changes, the site, the campaigns, the brand work. Built by the same people who wrote the plan, which removes the usual translation loss.
DeliverableWorking assets, live. Not mock-ups.
We operate what we built, report against the numbers from phase one, and either hand it over with documentation or keep running it. Both are fine; drifting is not.
DeliverableA monthly read on spend, pipeline and what we changed.
03 — Where we fit
We are not a fit for everything. These are the cases where combining advice and execution does something a specialist alone cannot.
Revenue grew, the way of working did not. Everything still runs through the founder, handovers happen in a chat, and nobody can say which step is the slow one.
The pipeline lives in someone’s head. When they are on holiday, the month looks different. The job is to turn what they do well into something the company owns.
Budget goes out across Google, Meta and an agency or two, and nobody can answer what came back. Usually the measurement was never set up — not that the channels failed.
Parent and operating companies, shared functions, one brand or several. The question is usually which activity belongs where, and what the outside is meant to see.
04 — About
IMPERION CONSULTING LTD is a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus and based in Pervolia, Larnaca. The company is directed by Marvin Lee Wohlfahrt.
We work in English and German, mainly with companies in the EU and the German-speaking market. Engagements are run by the people you meet in the first conversation — there is no account layer between you and the work.
What we do not do: we are not lawyers, tax advisers, auditors or a licensed financial services firm. Where a mandate needs one, we say so early and work alongside yours.

05 — Questions
Both, and usually in the same mandate. The diagnosis and the build are done by the same team. If you only want the analysis, that is a valid piece of work on its own — but most of the value shows up in phase three.
With a short call to see whether the problem is one we are useful for, then a diagnosis phase of two to three weeks with a fixed scope and a fixed fee. You own the findings document either way, and there is no obligation to continue.
The diagnosis is a fixed fee that depends on the size of the company and the scope. Build and run work is quoted per phase, each with a budget and a stop-point, so you are never committing to an open-ended engagement.
Yes — Google, Meta and the other digital platforms. We manage the campaigns and report on spend and return. Media budgets stay with you and are paid to the platforms directly, not through us.
No, and anyone who does is selling something else. We commit to a method, to measurement set up before the spend starts, and to telling you when something is not working rather than extending it.
Usually yes. Where an agency is already doing good work we keep them and fix what sits around them — the brief, the measurement, the process the enquiries land in. Replacing a supplier that works is rarely the cheapest fix, and we say so when that is the case.
06 — Contact
A first conversation costs nothing and is usually enough to tell whether we are the right firm for the problem. If we are not, we will say so.

When the site is called up, our hosting provider automatically processes data that your browser transmits. These are: the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, the browser type and version, and the operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the site. Log data is not merged with other data and is deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 30 days, unless retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.
The form on this page does not transmit anything to a server under our control. It assembles your entries locally in your browser and hands them to your own e-mail programme, from which you send the message yourself. Your details therefore reach us as an ordinary e-mail and are processed as described in the next paragraph. A hidden field and a minimum completion time are used to filter out automated submissions; neither stores data.
If you write to us, we process the data in your message — typically name, e-mail address, company and the content of the enquiry — in order to answer it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or its initiation, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for any applicable retention period under Cypriot commercial and tax law; afterwards they are deleted.
Your data is not sold, and it is not passed on for advertising purposes. It is disclosed only to service providers who process it on our behalf — in particular our hosting and e-mail providers — on the basis of a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, and to public authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.
We aim to keep processing within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, this takes place only on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or of the Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR, together with any additional safeguards required.
